He / She will be the go-to point of contact to ensure a smooth turnaround.
Fully hands on in providing analytical solutions and consumer insights to our stakeholders
Ensure timely and precise deadline to evaluate business performance and customer behaviour
At least 4+ years in CRM analysis roles
Previous experience in MNCs, management consulting, or leading provider sites that are looking for the a step into a leading fintech startup
Must have strong analytic skills and strategic thinking to develop solution that serves our B2C FS clients
Excellent communication skills including the ability to build and develop excellent presentations
Hands on with volume of data, including mining, segmentation, predictive modelling and customer level analysis
